Shipment Time frames
Orders placed can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. We process and ship out orders during normal business days and non National Holidays. The arrival time may vary due to COVID-19, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier.
All orders $50 or more within the US will receive free shipping.
Shipping InternationallyWe currently ship internationally and use USPS. Please make sure USPS can deliver to your country before ordering.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
For incorrect orders, email email@example.com with your order number. For a damaged item, we will need a clear photo of the damaged area included in the email.
Return to Sender
Nourishing Biologicals is not responsible for any package that has been marked “returned back to sender due to insufficient address”. If your item has been returned back to sender, we will reach out to you to see if you want the package redelivered. You will be charged for the shipment label.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Nourishing Biologicals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been delivered and is lost or stolen, please contact USPS and file a claim and report the incident to your local police department.
Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products 100% and are proud to offer our satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Nourishing Biologicals purchase within 30 days, we will happily refund you the full purchase price upon receipt of return. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return we require your name, address and order number.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will happily replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and send your item to: 311 21st Street, Camanche, IA 52730.

Please include your name, address and order number with your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
