George Sadowski M.D
Chief Medical Officer, CEO
Dr. George Sadowski (Dr. George), a leading biologist and surgeon, is the medical mastermind behind Nourishing Biologicals. After his 25-year career in surgery, he searched for fulfillment by developing the most advanced skin care products that have the potential to change lives.
His research led him to infuse the finest, purest ingredients to produce effective yet gentle formulations for men and women who wish to achieve the healthy, younger-looking skin they deserve.
Dr. George’s profound discovery of Miracular Cellular Communication allows ingredients within Nourishing Biologicals products to repair defects at the cellular level through penetration of the skin. He’s committed to restoring your confidence and helping you look and feel your very best.
Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer
Andrew (Andy) Carlton combines his personal passion and dedication to health, fitness, and sports medicine with decades of professional experience in driving successful business ventures. His track-record includes building the first statewide license HMO in Florida and several multi-million dollar projects in the construction industry.
In recent years, Andy has been building Nourishing Biologicals from the ground up. Andy's responsibilities include oversight of market expansion, distribution strategy, global partnerships, marketing, production, design, logistics, legal coordination, licensing, procurement, and accounting. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Hofstra University. His focus is to continue innovating and delivering the best quality products, ensuring our continued growth, customer satisfaction and partner success in all the markets we touch.
Director of Aesthetics
Natalia Sadowski’s personal struggle with problematic skin led her to pursue a career in the skincare industry as a licensed medical aesthetician. At Nourishing Biologicals, Natalia focuses on manufacturing the highest quality products, planning and attending beauty, cosmetic and wellness conventions and events, client and distributor education, and corporate administration.
She also performs and educates estheticians on how to execute the Plasma Fibroblast Non-Surgical Facelift at the Nourishing Biologicals Skin Institute. Natalia earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of West Florida.
Lead Research Aesthetician
Graciela Latuberza brings 35 years of practice as a research esthetician to Nourishing Biologicals. She worked with one of the first pioneers of stem cell treatments in Switzerland years before it was widely known.
Grace’s extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in skincare granted her the opportunity to serve the Saudi royal family as lead esthetician. At Nourishing Biologicals, she continues to find the most innovative and effective skincare treatments to improve the appearance of aging skin and help men and women find the fountain of youth.
Operations & Marketing Manager
Christian Sadowski’s business experience and entrepreneurial spirit has helped take Nourishing Biologicals to new heights. He was named a top contender in the Sovereign Man Entrepreneurial Camp, which covers important topics such as how to start and grow a business, how to manage your own capital, and how to effectively sell to an optimal audience. Christian received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in marketing from Flagler College.
At Nourishing Biologicals, Christian focuses on product delivery, inventory management, production and overall logistical support.
Chief Marketing Officer
Javelyn Arvay is a client-centric, marketing, brand, and digital media expert. At Nourishing Biologicals, she is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for brand marketing, spearheading global marketing efforts, including consumer engagement and loyalty, digital strategy, product launches and communications. She has over 20 years of experience positioning brands for optimal success, driving value, designing and executing innovative and revenue-generating marketing campaigns for big-name brands including Mercedez-Benz, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Airlines, as well as launching smaller, spin-offs and entrepreneurial companies.
Javelyn graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in communications and public relations. An alumni of Leadership Jacksonville, Javelyn holds a certificate in change management from Kellogg School of Management. Javelyn is fluent in Spanish and English.
Executive Creative Director
Andrew Austin is an expert on all things related to graphic design, photography, illustration and rich media. At Nourishing Biologicals, he produces targeted and creative visual content that intrigues our markets and enhances our brand while supporting consumers, professional partners and distributors.
Andrew’s portfolio spans a rich and diverse client base as he has worked with market leaders and niche boutique brands such as LEGO, Intel, Thomas Pink, and WAHL.
Sr. Copywriter, Cosmetics & Skincare
Anna Baluch brings years of professional copywriting experience to the Nourishing Biologicals team. She focuses on creating engaging, informational, and SEO-optimized copy that attracts and educates current and prospective customers.
Her work can be seen on our blog, website, press releases, advertisements, and a number of other marketing materials. Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwood University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
Digital Brand Manager
Lisa Fitzgerald brings over 11 years of digital marketing and ecommerce experience to Nourishing Biologicals. She has a proven background in SEO expertise, PPC marketing, website management solutions and eCommerce platforms.
Lisa is passionate about Nourishing Biologicals life-changing skincare products and thrilled to be part of this skincare revolution from its inception. At Nourishing Biologicals, Lisa leads web development, design, management, user experience, and digital branding. She is a graduate of the Manchester Metropolitan University.
Social Media Specialist
Chelsey Mclnnis is a social media expert who is well-versed in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and various other social media platforms. She handles the creation and implementation of engaging social media campaigns and community management at Nourishing Biologicals.
Chelsey developed her expertise in social media after completing an internship with Transmedia Group, a top-rated PR firm in South Florida. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
CRM Marketing Manager
Tessa Costa is a seasoned CRM and digital marketer, skilled in content, email, inbound and outbound marketing, segmentation and automation strategies. At Nourishing Biologicals, Tessa manages and drives our CRM and digital marketing process, including designing, creating, and delivering innovative and strategic programs supporting client engagement, professional partner and distributor success, growth, expansion and loyalty for our brand and products.
Tessa holds a BA with a double major in Communications and Political Science as well as certifications in Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing and Content Marketing.
Strategic Partnerships Lead
Doug Russell brings his 30 year sales and marketing career to the Nourishing Biologicals team. He offers consulting services for consumer product startups and is the founder of InfinityPLUS Consulting, where he sources, manufactures, markets, and takes finished products to market.
At Nourishing Biologicals, Doug is responsible for all aspects of business development, retail implementation, and omni-channel sales, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships and alliances. His extensive knowledge and experience bringing new products to market, will aid product positioning, development and market expansion.
Social Media and Demand Generation Specialist
Amanda Harrington is experienced in driving digital demand and retention through marketing automation, analytics, and various social media platforms. She is the social media and demand generation specialist at Nourishing Biologicals.
Amanda focuses on harnessing digital channels to attract new customers and retain current ones. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Direct to Consumer Lead
Tim has been a leader in the direct response industry for over 30 years pioneering the infomercial business alongside his brother, Kevin Harrington before founding his own company, Harrington Global. Known as synonymous of DRTV success, Tim has led or co-founded multiple media companies, including HSN Direct, a partner of the live shopping giant, Home Shopping Network, Reliant International Media, and TVGoods.com. He has produced countless successful infomercials and short form commercials in virtually every industry and is thrilled to lead direct to consumer efforts for Nourishing Biologicals.
Tim leads all media initiatives that are designed to attract the consumer market. Tim graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
